The Program

The program aims to serve young minds, ambitious researchers, and society.

Objective

The program aims to serve young minds, ambitious researchers, and society. Aiming to build on school children’s skill sets with research, the program pairs doctoral, post-doctoral and early-career research scholars with aspiring students across the globe. The program employs 16 individual training sessions, each with a specific focus and associated learning outcomes. The mentees get an opportunity to publish their work early in their academic trajectory.

Structure

The program runs for a period of 3-4 months (12-16 weeks). The mentor and mentee, once paired, meet once a week for an online session. The sessions are progressive and aim at inculcating academic skills and enhancing learning for the students. The pair will be responsible for producing quality output, and in the process identifying the best journal to publish research papers. We expect, intend, and encourage the pairs to submit research papers for publication by the end of this turnaround period or shortly after.
